Dental, Vision, and Hearing Insurance

We offer a Dental/Vision/Hearing plan through ManhattanLife.  You can choose from a $1,000, $1,500 or $3,000 benefit per year.  There are no networks.  You can choose any provider you wish. The plan pays 60% for year 1, 70% for year 2, and 80% for years 3 and beyond.  The longer you are on the plan, the more the plan pays.  You can mix and match how you use your benefit dollars in any given year.  Please click on the button below or call us for more details on this fantastic plan!
